At this time, FDR Training 2024 will ONLY be held in-person from August 6 - 9 at the Caribe Royale Orlando in Florida, keeping in mind that the safety and well-being of our participants is our top priority.

When is the latest I can make a payment for my registration?

When paying by credit card you can pay for your registration at any time once your registration is submitted. Payment must be received before entrance into the event. To avoid waiting in line we recommend you pay before you leave for the event. When paying by check please make checks out to LRP Media Group. If paying via purchase order, please fax your PO to 561-622-2423 or email it to conferences@lrp.com. Your PO must be on file in order to gain access to the event.

I registered for FDR Training but now I’m unable to attend. Can I receive a refund for my registration fee?

We are unable to provide full refunds, however, you can transfer your registration to another member of your organization if you are unable to attend. Please see our Cancellation/Substitution policy here.

Will I earn recertification credits by attending FDR Training?

All Access Premium Pass holders can receive credits to maintain their certifications including CLEs and 8 hours of EEOC Refresher Training. See here for complete details.

When and where do I pick up my FDR Training badge?

Upon registration you will receive a confirmation email containing a QR code. Please have this email available on your mobile device or bring a printed copy with you to the on-site registration area to have your badge printed for you. If you have misplaced your confirmation email, you can have it resent to you by visiting the Attendee Resource Center.

Can vendors/sales companies or private consultants/consultant companies attend FDR Training?

No, we do not allow vendors, sales companies or sales personnel, private consultants, or private consultant companies to register and attend FDR Training.

Are there any special hotel discounts, like per diem rates, available to FDR Training attendees?

All travel arrangements, including hotel and flight, are made by the attendee. Per diem hotel rates are available on a limited basis and are subject to change. Please see here for more information.

What if I have special needs or dietary requests while attending FDR Training?

Please register at least 4 weeks prior to the conference. For any dietary restrictions/special meal requests, please list your request(s) in the Special Needs section when registering. For all other needs, please call 1-800-341-7874 with your accommodation request. TTY:

Can I share my FDR Training pass with a co-worker?

An FDR Training pass is strictly for the individual whose name is on the badge and can only be used by that person. Sharing of passes is not allowed.
