Joseph Grenny

Cofounder, Crucial Learning
Coauthor, Crucial Conversations
Now more than ever, agencies are expected to hold employees to high performance standards and results. While today’s workers want maximum flexibility, flexibility without standards can lead to poor performance. But when employees are given flexibility with standards — and accountability to those standards — high performance and high growth are created. How does this work in reality? How can we hold others accountable without disrupting the workflow? Joseph Grenny will lead a discussion on the steps you can take to build a successful culture of accountability in your own work environment. As a cofounder of Crucial Learning, one of the world’s most respected learning and organization development firms, Grenny will use his expertise to help you implement accountability principles and skills into your agency with ease.

EEO/ADR workshops and sessions deliver best practices for addressing reasonable accommodations, disability program management, and other EEO issues in a compliant manner, as well as guidance on retaliation, conflict resolution, and other ADR tools that can be used in your agency. EEO counselors and investigators can also get their 8 hours of required annual refresher training!

Human Resources/Labor Relations & Employee Relations

In these expert-led workshops and sessions, federal HR and ER/LR practitioners will learn compliant strategies to address their toughest challenges in today’s federal workplace, including RIFs, new administrative leave regulations, the new Schedule Policy/Career, performance management, adverse actions, and the latest changes in laws, regulations, and Trump administration priorities.

Attorney/Legal

Attorneys can earn continuing legal education credits, or CLEs, by attending Legal Ethics Training to satisfy states' legal ethics requirements. Plus, Mock Hearings and Case Law Update sessions will provide the latest guidance on the federal employment legal landscape.
