Registrants are responsible for making their hotel reservations using the booking link provided. Alternatively, you may contact the hotel directly; be sure to identify yourself as an FDR Training registrant. Please check with the hotel about cancellation and advance deposit policies. A limited block of rooms is being held until Friday, June 27, 2025 or until the block is sold out. After Friday, June 27, 2025 the group rate will be offered based on hotel availability only. If you reserve more than 10 rooms, you may be required to sign a contract. If you require an ADA accessible room, we strongly encourage you to make your hotel reservations early and communicate your needs to the hotel.

Specifically, they will offer to make hotel reservations within FDR Training's block on your behalf, or even offer you a discount from FDR Training's rate. FDR Training is not utilizing the services of any housing service for FDR Training. Hotel reservations for FDR Training should be made directly with the hotel, either by phone or via our web reservation link. The official event hotels and guaranteed rates are listed on this website. If you provide your credit card information to any of these unauthorized vendors, your card may be charged but you may not have a reservation when you arrive in
New Orleans.
